I just had my eyes checked and ordered my lens here. The whole experience was amazing. Dr. Kelli McCartney and Scott took a good care of me. Everyone were so respectful and nice. I was so surprised of how kind they treated me even though it took some extra steps for them to check my insurance info. I highly recommend this place!!!

I recently ordered contacts for $72. I asked the manager on duty to confirm my address and it was one from 5 years ago. I gave her my new address to send my contacts to and she never typed anything in the computer so I assumed it was already an option and she just had to click it. A week later still no contacts. I get this bright idea to ride by the old address, check the mailbox of the NEW people that live there, and there are my contacts in a Walmart box. To think that this was the manager on duty is ridiculously poor customer service. I will NEVER use this Walmart vision center again.

Dr.Ferine is the best eye doctor I have ever visited I highly recommend her because of the knowledge and expertise she has to offer you with eye health.
