Very efficient staff. Extremely helpful when picking out new frames. Dr. Klauba is knowledgeable along with his sweet sidekick KitKat. Makes you feel welcome. They are all warm & friendly. Highly recommend!
I was on vacation and my frames got bent and stripped a screw out. Called them to get them fixed. The one lady took them in the back, came out 10 minutes later. All fixed up, good as new. If I lived in Kauai I’d go get new glasses from these people. Tried to pay them and refused the money. Super nice people. Very happy with the service we received from the ladies that work here. While we were visiting Hawaii, my wife lost one of her nose pads they changed her nose pads at no charge and gave us spares. We really appreciate the service they provided . We also noticed they carry high quality eyeglass frames.
I’m so grateful to have found this office. My experience has been that Dr. Klauba & his staff are so very kind, caring, knowledgeable & professional. I felt listened to/heard about my concerns and was given positive information & solutions. I absolutely recommend them. I need to remember to take KitKat a toy/treat on my next visit 🐾
