Oak Park Heights Pearle Vision was fantastic! Karen was great with helping me get my new glasses ordered and price out different options. The eye doctor was great too. Very informative and answered my questions. Highly recommend this place. Way better than the Woodbury location. Customer service here is phenomenal.

Every step of the vision test was explained with total clarity, providing directions that were simple, intuitive, and easy to follow. It was a professional and seamless visit where the focus remained entirely on eye health rather than sales leads. The absolute highlight was the complete lack of pressure to browse the frame gallery or agree to unnecessary upgrades, making the entire visit feel honest, transparent, and genuinely awesome from start to finish. Highly recommend!
KB Vision is the Only place to go , Karen, Bill , @ Dr. Kristen are truly an amazing team , they believe in customer service , are True Professionals in their Fields , and highly skilled . I could not be more satisfied and happy with my visits .

My daughter and I had the best experience today at the Oak Park Heights location. The doctor was very knowledgeable, didn't make us feel like a 'number' but a person. She took the time, listened to us and was able to explain the best options for us. Selecting the frames was impressive as well. The knowledge and attention to detail for what would work with our face shape; made it the quickest experience on picking out frames!!!! After 20 years of eye exams and trying different locations and doctor's; im not going anywhere else. Thank you!!!
