Great experience. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. It’s one of those places you wish you could go to more often. And Dr Seyller does a great exam. I used to hate “Is one better, or two?” Dr Seyller makes it so pleasant, it actually makes you feel joyful long after the exam
I had an appointment with my wife and myself, the short is they are awesome and I would strongly recommend going there if you are unhappy with your current provider check them out they will take care of you. We worked with a few people, they were all wonderful. The people that received us were very kind, the optometrist was informative and helpful while also not making the process more time consuming or difficult than it needed to be. Jaimie was wonderful, she helped me find a solid choice for my glasses as well as being very understanding and helpful as I tried to navigate this process with a toddler. She also was proactive in helping my wife when my responses left a bit to be desired, which I appreciated immensely (the other staff stepped in as well and it really helped her a ton). Just a great place to go of you need glasses or contacts.
I always find my eye exams with Dr. Seyller enjoyable! She shows genuine compassion, care and has clear communication. I appreciate that she really listens. Dr. Seyller is an expert - the best around! The staff are also wonderful! I needed help choosing a pair of glasses recently and had a tough time because they have a ton of great options. The staff helped me decide and were awesome. I also appreciate the woman who does the initial eye testing, she’s great. All around, an excellent experience each time I visit.
I was very happy with my experience at st. Croix Vision Center. I felt I had a very good exam, and the doctor took extra time to explain the prescription. While the facade is rather unassuming, the office is very nice with an above average selection of frames to choose from. Looking forward to returning in the future!
Very friendly receptionist nurse doc. Also very clean and dog friendly had water bowls outside door for them. Liked the place definately going back
