I had very good first visit and cataract consultation with Dr.Singh. Dr.Singh put me in very comfortable and good faith to trust him to perform my cataract surgery. So I went ahead scheduled my surgery yesterday. In addition, all staff in this center are friendly, warm and professional. Happy to find here! Caroline Lu

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The doctor was attentive. She reviewed and explained what the assessment findings were. She discussed a treatment plan with follow up appointments. Very satisfied with our care.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at Kleiman Evangelista Eye Center of Texas - Plano, where I was referred by my optometrist for an EVO ICL consultation. I scheduled what was advertised as a "FREE" consultation and, for the most part, the staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, I felt compelled to bring up an interaction with one of their Surgical Counselor, Haydee, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied. From the outset, the conversation with Haydee felt less like a genuine effort to understand my concerns and more like a high-pressure sales pitch. Rather than taking the time to assess my needs or answer my questions, the tone was very much, "If you're interested, let's move forward and see the doctor for the exams; if not, there's no need to go further." I specifically wanted the chance to speak with a doctor to address my questions and hesitations about the surgery, and I had to be rather insistent to get that opportunity. This approach made me uncomfortable and, frankly, less inclined to pursue surgery with your team. After the consultation, I decided not to proceed further. Imagine my surprise when, two months later, I received a bill for $503.00 from the office, despite being told repeatedly that the consultation was "FREE." At no point did I indicate a desire to continue after the initial visit, so the charge was especially frustrating. I had to escalate the issue and call in to have the charges removed. This experience reinforced my initial concerns about the business practices, and it left me feeling that the approach was more about sales than genuinely helping patients. I felt it was important to share this feedback. Hopefully no one else encounters a similar situation and that patient experiences remain at the forefront, rather than aggressive sales tactics.

Staff were very courteous and thorough in the various exams. I felt very comfortable there. Dr Singh was fabulous. He took the time to listen as well as explain things and answer questions. I’d say they’re the best!!!

Dr. Nijenda and her staff is amazing. When I visited them they cared and behaved me with fullest devotion and professionalism. Dr Nijenda satisfied me with her elaborated discussion and answered my every question. The center is equiped with excellent and modern machinens.
