Had an eye appointment with Dr. Keith last Friday, hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I came in for a contact lens prescription, and despite struggling with them in the past (even tossed a 6-month supply once), the team here was incredibly patient and hands-on. Thanks to their coaching, I was able to put on contacts within 15–20 minutes and now feel confident using them. Huge shoutout to the entire team!
I have gone to Dr Kosakura for many years. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. They are always ready when I arrive for my appointment. I have had a few issues with my eyes/contact lenses over the years, but he has taken care of them quickly in each case. He has earned my total confidence and trust.
I visited Dr. Kosakura for the first time today. It took about a month to get in to see him. The staff was friendly, helpful and organized. Dr. Kosakura took time to explain everything being done during the examination as well as all results. I did not feel at all rushed. He and staff took time to answer all questions and followups. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking eye care.
Dr. Kosakura's is by far the best OD office our family has visited. He not just checks your vision, but every other aspects of a person's health condition that can be observed, or deduced, from the health of your eyes. We used to visit other OD doctors, and the differences are huge. Although they do a nice job in filling the glasses prescriptions, their choices of frames are quite limited. So, if you need a new frame, get it from other places. I personally do make an effort to give them all my eye care related business, since Dr. Kosakura is such a nice OD.
I have been going to Dr. Kosakura for the last five years. He is really professional. The amount of details you get out from his exam is far richer than other places. You sometimes feel the exam is almost too thorough. They offer frames at very reasonable prices. I recently bought an icberlin frame there and believe me I could’t find any other places offer this good price and suitable style. I will always go this place for my eye exam.
