I visited Dr. Abe for a very overdue eye exam and contact lens renewal after moving to the area a couple of years ago. He takes the time to make sure you have the best experience and explains the results of all tests, and also values getting to know you as a patient and person. Most importantly, he has your best interests in mind and does not try to push for expensive or unnecessary tests or treatments. I also appreciated the office staff, who are very friendly and responsive over email and text. I ran out of contacts last month and they were able to provide me with spares until my appointment today. I highly recommend Dr. Abe to anyone new to the area looking for a trustworthy and caring optometrist.

I was referred to Dr. Abe by a neighbor after not seeing an eye doctor for a couple of years, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The office staff was incredibly helpful over the phone, taking the time to diligently verify my insurance details, which made everything so smooth. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was promptly greeted and led through the initial vision checks. Dr. Abe was available quickly, which I appreciated. He is an exceptional doctor—patient, thorough, and truly dedicated to getting it right. I had laser eye surgery years ago, which has made my vision a bit unusual and challenging to correct. Dr. Abe took the time to try multiple lens combinations, ensuring I got the most accurate prescription I’ve ever had. For the first time, I feel like my vision is crystal clear. Dr. Abe’s expertise, professionalism, and diligence stood out. He spent a significant amount of time fitting various lenses, and I felt well-cared for throughout the process. It’s rare to find such a knowledgeable and respectable doctor who genuinely cares about their patients. I’m so grateful to have Dr. Abe in our community and highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

It has been more than 10 years that my family has been seeing Dr. Abe for vision care. I really appreciate Dr Abe’s expertise and his friendly staff. I have fairly severe myopia that requires detailed attention for monitoring optical nerve and retina change. Dr Abe’s knowledge and experience comes in handy when analyzing the situation over time. I truly recommend him for someone who really wants to have their eyes taken care of.

Dr Abe has been our family's optometrist for almost 10 years.  We all are very pleased with him.  Dr. Abe is very knowledgeable and professional.  He always explains different options thoroughly and he is never being pushy on expensive treatments. Dr Abe truly cares for the wellbeing of his patients.  He's been closely monitoring my two children's myopia development and recommended proper treatments for them.  So far my children's nearsighted prescriptions have maintained the same as when their treatments started. Yoko, Dr. Abe's wife, also works at the office as his assistant. She is always sweet, warm and polite with cornea mappings and other measurements.  During the SIP time, I was able to reach her easily through texts for ordering contact lenses and other supplies to be delivered to our home. I'd recommend Dr. Abe to anyone without reservation.

Dr. Abe and his wonderful staff are the best! My family and I have been under Dr. Abe's great care for many years for a wide range of vision needs including annual examinations and Myopia control. Dr. Abe's vast knowledge, extreme attention to detail, genuine bedside manner, and sincere care for patient well being is unparalleled in the industry. When Dr. Abe provides advice and thoughts on a specific matter, we trust that it comes with having done all of the necessary research. We also feel it is always in the best interest of the patient and get the sense it is how he would treat members of his own family. Both my young sons are part of Dr. Abe's Myopia control program (Ortho K and Atropine) and we couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Abe is an expert in this specialty and integral in helping us understand our options and the pros/cons of Myopia treatment. While results can vary, one of my sons no longer needs glasses after starting the Ortho K treatment over one year ago. It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Abe and Yoko and they take great care to ensure patient questions and needs are addressed. Yoko is absolutely lovely and her exceptional management and oversight of the ins and outs ensures the office is always running seamlessly. I am continually impressed by the level of care and concern they have shown my entire family, especially my boys. I couldn't say enough positive things about Dr. Abe and his entire practice!
