The team at Keller eye care is amazing. Always extremely courteous, personal and professional. Amber made me feel like family and DR Thomas spent a long time with me answering my questions about options for my care. Went above and beyond and never seemed to try and rush me. Thank You!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Medvet for three years now. This is probably the friendliest and most efficient doctors office I have ever been in. The staff at the front desk is so welcoming. They take the time to explain everything to you. The technicians who do the initial eye measurements and pictures are so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Medvet is so pleasant. She’s so thorough in her exams and so friendly and caring. they’re also respectful of time while at their office.

I'm not the kind of person that leaves reviews but this was by far the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor... first, Dr. Alaina Medvetz was out of this world thorough. She did eye exams no one had ever done and explained why. Optometric Assistant Anna was amazing. She was also very professional, courteous, and very easy to talk to. Finally, optician Tony helped me get the frames that will perfectly work for me both financially and esthetically. The best experience by far. So thank you all.

Everyone that I interacted with today was very Professional ,courtesy, and nice. Medvedev, Ariana OD made sure all of my concerns that I had was clear. She is a very patient person, easy to talk to. And you will get a good eye exam .

I used to like this place a lot, but the front desk has gotten ridiculous. My daughter’s insurance became effective before her appointment, but because it wasn’t updated in their system, her appointment was canceled. This was frustrating since the service would have been covered. We then switched to another eye doctor, and her insurance showed up in their system without any issue. !! So please understand your own system properly and stop enforcing ridiculous rules. Your goal should be serving the community. We had already triple-checked that my daughter was covered in time on my side , there should be at least a little trust. It is ridiculous that you still asked us to pay cash in full when the insurance was already active! Would you do this yourself in the same situation? If not, how can you expect your clients to do so? This is very disappointing.
