I have nothing but great things to say about this place. It’s clean, welcoming and very organized. They did really good building this place!! I came in for a physical with Nina on Floor 3 and she as well as her team (Victoria) took great care of me. I felt heard and understood. All of my concerns were acknowledged and I felt like they truly cared about what I was feeling. I also had blood work done by Sabrina and she was just a ray of sunshine. ☀️. I hope that all of you 3 ladies achieve everything you want in life and more. I am grateful for people like you!

It’s encouraging that I found a doctor who emphasizes prevention and patient education. Many people value that approach. Most insurance companies should support this measure but deny patients for MRI and necessary medications. Be grateful for doctors with integrity to help their patients. I found a doctor I can trust has my best interests.

The facility itself is a nice building with several floors and many staff. Most are friendly and professional. The new radiologist is concerning because he will take two pictures for each order instead of one like all my other past radiologists were able to achieve on the same exact doctor orders. This is double exposure to radiation and we all know that radiation is serious. Another thing I've noticed are serious pharmacy problems. Though the staff is mostly nice and professional at this pharmacy, they will be low on the supplies you critically need. Imagine leaving your doctor appointment and the pharmacist here says you have to come back on another day because they're out of stock and will have to order the critical medicine. That's an extra drive to and from on a delayed date, during your already flexed schedule. That's what happens here. It's almost like Kelsey Seybold is trying to do too much but they're not really great at most of it. This has a bad impact on patients like me. Another example is many of their doctor facilities like that in Springwoods Village will make you go there for an appt, yet not have a pharmacy, so then you have to drive to another city like this Vision Park location in Shenandoah, because they actually have a pharmacy which is a must, do to insurance prices. You will spend hours going to an available doctor in one Kelsey location , then driving in dangerous traffic on I-45 on the way to another facility like this one at 106 Vision Park, to get the meds your doctor at the other location prescribed you. Again, if you need a radiologist, I would try to look elsewhere due to poor practices.

I scheduled two appointments with different providers at two Kelsey-Seybold locations on the same day, and both experiences were seamless! From check-in to check-out, everything was efficient and well organized. Neither location felt crowded, and everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful. Kelsey-Seybold has truly changed my perception of going to a medical clinic. I felt welcomed, respected, and well cared for!

From initial encounter, diagnostics, review and results, the feedback, care and attention from Kelsey Seybold has been phenomenal! I cannot relay how happy I am that I chose their Medicare advantage plan for myself. This is an extremely efficiently run organization and I have felt like a priority each and every time I’ve had to be at the clinic. If they do not schedule something for you that was ordered, you are given step-by-step instruction on how to achieve the appropriate appointments. Everything is done in a timely fashion. Availability for diagnostic studies has been accommodating and awesome! Additionally, they did not substitute efficiency for personalization. Well done Kelsey Seybold, well done!
