Love the woodlands location! Everyone was so very helpful. Any anxiety I had about my appointment was immediately gone. Very quick and thorough as well. Dr. Risk made the appointment informative and non-intimidating. Loved Acxel so much too. She made the process looking for good glasses fun and it felt like I was talking to a friend! Definitely recommend coming to this location.

Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable here! My entire experience has always been positive. During my most recent visit, I purchased my glasses. Reynelda (the optician) was awesome! She picked out the exact frames I had been interested in!! She was so personable and made sure I didn’t break the bank with my purchase. So appreciative of the this place and the people who work there!
Reynelda helped me, she is really amazing in her customer service! She went above and beyond to help me out with my eye care need. She went out of her way to make sure I got all my need taking care of by providing solutions!!! Her service was just exceptional!!
Everyone there from the front desk ladies, to Sky to, Dr. Glider, to the ladies who fit you for your new glasses are just wonderful. Special shout out to Axcel & Rey in the glasses "store". They are knowledgeable, helpful and simply a delight and remained super sweet even on my 4th adjustment visit. Note to self don't go from ultra light frameless glasses to framed glasses with big lenses. My bad, but Acxel and Rey made ordering a new pair painless.
