I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionists at this office during an urgent eye emergency situation. I was treated with disrespect and felt dismissed when I was simply trying to get help. Now, they magically don't have my information or insurance. Customer service and professionalism were seriously lacking. I understand offices get busy, but the way patients are spoken to matters. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location staff need to get retrained on human relations. I need somebody from management to give me a call or mister kenneth

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SLAPPED ME W A HIDDEN FEE AND DID PREFOMACED PROCEDURES WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION OR WARNING OF CHARGE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING. Never coming back ever save yourself the trouble
