I keep getting calls to my work number trying to reach a patient at this place. I live and work in Minnesota! I’ve called multiple times trying to tell them they have the wrong number and the front desk staff just says “okay” and hangs up. I feel bad for the patient they are trying to reach.
My family doctors for eye care since the 1970's. Very polite staff, stellar results, and never a problem. Recently, Dr. Daniel & Dr. Marcos Lemor, saved/restored my eyesight from complications arising from conjunctivitis and a torn retina. During the course of the successful treatments administered, my need for glasses in order to view a television screen, computer monitor or smartphone have considerably decreased. I eagerly anticipate full 20/20 vision as my sessions conclude. Priceless results I shall always relish.
The low rating makes sense. I just came in hate and the lady at the front desk was so rude that I canceled on the spot.
Very rude service. The staff are terrible with horrible and less than professional etiquette. They are short and rude with conversation and cut off patients mid question. I don't feel valued as a patient here. I've been lied to and promised call backs regarding my eyeglasses pick up date only to have waited 3 months and told they called me months prior when I've never received a call nor message. Don't choose this optometrist!
Horrible customer service if I could give them a zero I would new people with horrible service. My father would go to this doctor for many years. After I started to go me and my three children. They don’t care about their patients. They lost 5 accounts I will never go back. They act like we need to beg them to be seen. Front desk horrible waited more than a month for them not to see my husband. And as for my son they called me a couple of days before my appointment to tell me they are taking my sons insurance. What joke this place has been save your time and a headache with them. I wonder if the doctor knows what’s going on?
