I’ve gone to Kennewick Vision Care for 15 years and have always gotten my contacts and glasses from them since I’ve lived here. However, I have a very interesting event that occurred when I dropped my glasses off last time. I told the lady I was working with that I wanted to bring my own frames in when I came in next, she proceeded to write that down on my visit notes. The next time I picked up my contacts, I brought said frames in. It had been 2-3 months since I’d heard from Kennewick Vision about the glasses and so I reached out. I called and they said they didn’t see my order and that someone would reach out to me if they heard anything. Then I get a text after I described what the glasses looked like. The main lady at the front desk (I won’t name her, to respect her privacy.) said she had them and had them made into sunglasses because they were dropped in the donation bin. I came in the following day to see if they were my glasses and sure enough they were. The same lady that helped me before told me I should’ve come straight to her “the head of the glasses department” when I dropped them off. She told me there had been a lot of turnover in the last couple of months, so it was probably one of the new girls that put it in the donation box. She proceeded to tell me that she was excited that they were “Miu Miu” dupes because she resells glasses and was wanting to sell my glasses. I was just honestly amazed she was sharing all of this with me. Finally when I had asked if there was anything they could do as far as a discount since she technically stole my glasses, the lady that TOOK them said, “your insurance is your discount.” Thankfully, I received a text a couple hours later saying they weren’t going to charge me for the frames, I was grateful for that, but I probably will not be returning. :(

I absolutely love Dr. Kitner and his staff at Kennewick vision! They are the best and make you feel at home when you are getting your eye exam done and fitted for glasses. They really know their stuff! They are always positive and fun too.
Called with an emergency. Left on read for 6 hours. The text was read. Turn off read receipts dummy. Did you go to the ER? No! The eye doctor who actually responded told us there are no eye doctors in the ER. DUH! Thanks for nothing. Don’t bother responding and trying to fix this review. You earned it and lost 2 customers.
The professionalism of the staff there was amazing! Their scheduling was great, they accommodated my daughter when we were in a pinch to get in for a visit. I appreciate their willingness to help.
I have been going to KVC for years and have never had a bad experience. They are knowledgeable and friendly. And super cute/cool glasses options. I highly recommend.
