I was very impressed with the Kent Eye Clinic. Great staff, especially my tech Penn and the wonderful and patient young lady who checked me in and answered my questions when I called prior to my appointment. Dr Lee did my exam and thoroughly went over the next steps in my journey to better vision. She answered my questions and I left feeling optimistic about those next steps. Thank you, Kent Eye Clinic!

My previous glasses had progressive transition lenses, so I brought in my own sunglasses to have them updated with my new prescription and transition lenses as well. After waiting a week and a half and paying $300, I was given my frames back with dark lenses that do not transition. Why would anyone pay $300 just to receive darker lenses? The whole purpose was to be able to wear them all day, like my previous pair. Instead, I was given a verbal apology and told I would need to pay an additional $160 — along with another possible two-week wait — to fix the issue. I’ve been a customer for 8 years. Just two weeks prior, I paid $400 for my daughter’s glasses. You would think a business would be willing to offer some kind of accommodation for the inconvenience, gas, and extended wait time. Unfortunately, this is how they chose to handle a long-term customer.
Had a great experience at The Eye Clinic. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the exam. The office was clean, organized, and appointments moved smoothly without a long wait. I really appreciated how patient and helpful everyone was. Definitely recommend this clinic if you’re looking for quality eye care in the Kent area!
The service at the clinic was fine, but the prices for both eyeglass frames and lenses are exceptionally high. The costs are simply unaffordable and well beyond a reasonable range. It would be helpful if there were more budget-friendly options available.
We had a very excellent visit today! The staff was patient and caring, they took time and great care to allow my mom time to answer the questions and think without pressure. I appreciate the time they took to make her care tailored to her. This was our first visit!
