From the moment I walked through the door I felt well taken care of. There was the utmost attention to detail in preparation to see the doctor. And of course Dr Ferguson took a great deal of time explaining the situation with my eyes and answered all of my questions. He is an amazing doctor and makes you feel so comfortable. All around, a fantastic experience!
Dr. Kyle Ferguson and the entire staff are truly exceptional! Ashley demonstrated remarkable patience during my examination. Dr. Ferguson shows dedicatation to his patients by the amount of time he spent with my husband and me during our appointment addressing all my questions thoroughly. I took my grandson here for an eye exam and was very pleased with the care that the staff gave him. The exam was very thorough. They were very kind and put him at ease. They answered any questions I had and you can tell they care about their patients.
Great bunch of people!! I had my both eyes, cataracts removed over a year ago, no problems at all!! Now that’s how it should be!!! The wife had hers done in Lexington, a year later, she got to have them done again!!!!! Not good!!!!! Not good at all!!! lol!!! You Guys, this is Larry, not Sharon!!! I’m on her account!!
Was taken into my appointment on time. No wait time. Was fully evaluated in a timely manner. My evaluation ended up well. Selected glasses while there. Bought vitamins for Macular Degeration. Very pleased. Was leaving for home in an hour's time from my appointment time. Very pleased. Loved the new office space and the times I have needed help.
