Warby Parker Fritz Farm

The staff at Warby Parker Lexington Ky saved the day after my new puppy ate my frames. (What a:sentence but true story). They were knowledgable, kind, and most importantly, solution oriented. It was a great experience and I’d highly recommend working with them!!

Had a first and last experience. I stopped in 7/1 to order glasses. My first time ordering from Warby Parker, and honestly I expected a better experience based on how Warby Parker presents themselves. There were 3 associates working. I was the only guest in the store and none of them approached me. I had to initiate the contact. Then the rest of the experience honestly felt like I was just on my own. I have never felt like a bother to sales associates before. I knew the styles I wanted to see based on the virtual try on in the app, which by the way is fabulous! So I was in and out in a short amount of time. I came to Warby Parker based on friend’s recommendations of their online experience, but I like a store environment to shop. Next time I will probably just go back to LensCrafters where I usually purchase my glasses.

My experience at Warby Parker was perfect. I was greeted upon walking through the door, the selection of frames was extensive, I asked for help picking out a frame which was so easy. I had my prescription making ordering a breeze. Can't wait for my new frames to get here in a few days.

My experience was great! The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very knowledgeable and understanding on the type of lenses that I need to fit in particular frames. They have a great and vast selection of frames. The price is excellent. Very affordable and good quality. The atmosphere is great and the staff is wonderful. I would suggest that you stop by soon.

I love that Warby Parker has a great variety of frames, and most of them make a statement (in a good way)! The employees are very helpful and friendly, and they have the most reasonable prices compared to other frame shops in town. Highly recommend!
