What a great experience I had! When I entered the business I was greeted by Tracy, he was very helpful and directed towards my appointment. This was my first visit so I had to fill out my paperwork etc, and a lovely gentleman Bastion greeted me and was very informative, answered my questions with a smile on his face. Then I met and had my exam by Dr. West. Lovely lady that gave me my examination and she too answered my questions etc, When I received my prescription, I was then directed back to Tracy, while I picked my frame, he worked on different quotes for my glasses, he was extremely helpful. What I liked and appreciated the most is that you were never rushed, each employee took time and listened to my questions and on top of that, they greeted every customer that walked through the door. So I guess I can say I had a very positive experience, lovely people working here. Thank you so much!

Dr. was very knowledgeable and engaging during our visit, answering all my questions and providing expert feedback. However, I was completely blindsided by an unexpected charge for part of the exam due to their use of newer technology. Having never paid out of pocket for an initial eye exam in over a decade, I didn’t anticipate this added cost. It was presented in a misleading way, with no prior mention through signs or conversation. I’m quite displeased with how this hidden fee was handled. On a positive note, the LensCrafters staff member, Cezanne, was amazing! Her service and professionalism were top-notch—she was patient and helpful while my daughter and I picked out new glasses. Thank you, Cezanne, for turning an okay experience into a fantastic one!

My husband and I switched our vision care to this office more recently courtesy of their amazing team. Bastian helped walk us through scheduling and was quick to answer all of the many questions I had. We were super impressed by the overall cleanliness and beautiful aesthetic of the office. GREAT selection of glasses. Furthermore, Dr. Ashley Hudson and staff were all kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I typically loathe going to the eye doctor, but this practice is modern and has cutting edge technology which made it comfortable and dare I say, enjoyable. Absolutely will be recommending them to friends and family.

It was my first visit to the practice. Everyone was warm & welcoming from the moment I opened the front door to the moment I left. I appreciated the thorough eye exam as well as my questions being answered. I was also happy to learn of the contact lenses packet recycling program and I plan to participate. As always the staff is amazing! From checking in to the actual appointment with Dr. Bistline each person I talked to was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Each experience is better than the last. I was called back within minutes of my scheduled time. There was practically no wait at all! The equipment and office was also really clean. 10/10 will be going back and recommend.
