This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve had. While the doctor has been great, the front desk staff has been rude to me on two separate occasions, which has made the overall experience extremely frustrating. During my appointment for colored contact lenses, I was given clear trial lenses to test. Based on those, I confirmed that I could see well and moved forward with placing the order. However, when I received the colored lenses, my vision was noticeably blurry—to the point where I couldn’t even comfortably use my phone. Now I am being told that I have to pay out of pocket for clear lenses because my benefits have already been used. I do not feel this is fair, as the issue only became apparent after receiving the final product. I made my decision based entirely on the trial lenses provided, which did not accurately reflect how the colored lenses would perform. Additionally, the doctor personally called me to schedule a re-check appointment, but due to a travel extension, I needed to reschedule. I have now been calling for the past two days and no one answers the phone. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when trying to resolve an issue they are already aware of. I hope Dr Clark reads this review.
