We had an eye exam here in January. At the time, we had no idea the office would be closing for construction or for how long, and we never got a chance to request the prescription before that happened. A reopening date of July 2nd was shared with us by the contractor working on the job, but that's come and gone with no updates anywhere. We've waited patiently and tried reaching the office through every channel available: phone, email, and the online contact form. No response through any of them. The phone number listed appears to be a personal number that goes straight to voicemail, with no mention of the business name. We're now contacting our insurance to see if we can get an exception for a new exam at a different office, since we have no way to get our prescription from here. If you're a current or former patient waiting on records or care, I'd recommend not counting on this office and looking elsewhere in the meantime. Will update this review if that changes.
