Dr. Elwood is an astute and compassionate optometrist who is extremely knowledgeable and explains concepts well. I have found him to be particularly knowledgeable about strabismus and I have the utmost confidence in his assessment and recommendations. He is very patient and takes the time to get things right, including with a complicated eyeglass prescription or contact lenses. The office has a great selection of eyeglass frames and the team will help you to pick exactly the right one!

Dr. Ellwood is exactly the kind of person you want looking after your eyes. Kind, professional, thorough, and happy to take the time to answer questions. Highly recommended.

Dr. Elwood was great with my husband and me. He is very kind ad knowledgeable, and we appreciate the time he took to examine each of us and then suggest the best lenses for our needs. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Ellwood and his staff were excellent with my 3-year-old son. Dr. Ellwood was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in layman's terms. Megan was also extremely patient with my son when getting pictures of his eyes. Overall great experience.

This review is long overdue. But if you want a Doctor who is kind, patient, and knowledgeable Dr. Ellwood is your guy! I had an eye injury and he was there to take care of it and any concerns I had! You can tell a difference when someone who actually cares about his patients which is him.
