Dr Shnayder has been our eye doctor and has always been dependable and accurately diagnosed our issues. Recently, we had a family emergency and he was absolutely great. He took the time to examine, address and correctly advise us. Thank you so much Dr Shnayder! I can't tell you how much we appreciate your expertise and professionalism.
Dr. Shnayder is an expert in eye care and has helped me through a great deal of eye issues. He is focused on eye health and doing the best treatments and providing the best care possible. I recommend him for his expertise and clinical knowledge. His staff is caring and attentive in this busy office, which is a tall order but they care and do the best they can serving so many people in this densely populated area. Most notably, when I needed emergency eye care on a weekend, Dr. Shnayder was there for me immediately. I trust him and recently started SLT for eye pressure issues. SLT is a laser treatment that should not be entrusted to anyone other than an expert like Dr. Shnayder. I highly recommend him!
I was very happy with the doctor and staff. I chose the doctor after researching the internet. HIs credentials were impressive, and the examination was thorough and he appeared to be very knowledgeable as well as pleasant. There is a fine selection of frames and helpful assistance. After my appointment, my Uber was late, beyond working hours and I was waiting outside. An employee waited with me until the Uber came despite my urging she should go home to her family. To me this was an example that you will be treated well with Dr. Shnayder at Eye Centers of America.
I needed an eye doctor for my son, because he has a lazy eye. These people were recommended because they came to his school and did eye exams. Im not sure who came to my sons school, but it wasn't these people. The lady who came out and got my son was nowhere near pleasant. She just kept saying "well I need to check his eyes so im not sure what you need to do.". Then she got snappy with my daughter and said "you should be helping him". Thats not my daughters job. Maybe if you were more pleasant, my son wouldn't be terrified of you. She proceeded to leave the room and say "ill be back when you get him to cooperate". Kids are scared enough going into places like this. Dont make it harder for them. Please dont comment back saying "please contact our office. We want to hear about this. We want to fix this" You cant fix this. First impressions matter and yours were horrible. No way to treat kids. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Dr. Shnayder is the consummate professional. His office is run so efficiently that wait times are maybe 5 minutes. He just did cataract surgery for me and I'm doing great!
