This place is very professional and ran well. From a customer service standpoint its the best. That alone speaks volumes because of where we are as a society today. The doctor was fantastic. He was very informative and actually appeared concerned about my health. This is why I will return.

I had an outstanding experience at Kirkwood Eye Center from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Dr. Brooks took the time to explain every step of the exam and answered all my questions with clarity. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional eye care and a truly positive patient experience.
Absolute professionalism and total customer care! I appreciate you all so much! I was having trouble accommodating to my new glasses, which I purchased here (2 of them), and they worked hard to get them right for me. I could not be more thankful or more impressed. As a business owner myself, I understand the nuances of customer care, etc., and you all crushed it, and I am sincerely thankful. I am switching my whole family over to you guys this year as a way to show my appreciation and my trust in your services. Sincerely, Vijay Parikh
Avoid Kirkwood Eye Center if you plan to order contacts through them. Their system clearly isn’t set up to manage or recover orders, and when things go wrong, they push the responsibility onto the customer. Last June, I ordered $430 worth of contacts (corrected from "$500-600"). I have the receipt, but the order never arrived. I was never given a tracking number or any follow-up. Since I had extra contacts at home, I didn’t realize there was an issue for quite some time. When I eventually contacted them, they couldn’t track the order at all—no shipping info from UPS, nothing from the manufacturer. I was told there was nothing they could do. They offered a few sample lenses, which didn’t come close to replacing what I paid for. What made it worse was the response: they blamed me for not contacting them sooner and even implied improper hygiene on my part. That’s unfair. How is a customer supposed to follow up on an order they were never given tracking for? It turns out their system doesn’t even provide tracking details, which is a major flaw. Bottom line: they have no reliable way to ensure orders are fulfilled or to fix things when they aren’t. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Don’t order from here—use a provider that actually has systems in place to take care of their customers or the graces to make things right after things go wrong.
Staff was friendly, Dr. Brooks was quick and efficient. Every time I come, whether it’s an annual exam or have my eyes measured all the staff is extremely accommodating and kind. When I changed to progressive lenses, it was difficult for me to get used to the transitions. Everyone at Kirkwood make sure to help me understand the transition to the progressive lenses, and they were happy to continue helping me until everything was perfect.
