Dr. Klein is an attentive, personable, and professional doctor. We've been seeing him for at least 10 years. He's fantastic and we enjoy seeing him! Dr. Klein has performed 3 surgeries on my husband. Husband was well taken care of for each surgery. We'll continue to see him, and look forward to each visit. He has a great staff!

I’m a senior citizen and there were more people than usual, which means wait time was a tad longer than usual. (12:15 to about 4:00) Also, I thought he would explain the surgery, but he left it to a nurse who left me sitting, because it was time for her to get off from work. Finally, the person that was doing my paperwork arrived and scheduled my surgery. I would have liked more information about the surgery. The first time I ‘ve had any concerns.
With me being blind and Dr Klein being a doctor that social security decided to send me to I thought this was going to be a nightmare. After visiting with Dr Klein for a bit he saw things my way. In his own words he said you can't see and if that's not disabled I don't know what is and if you don't get disability I don't know who would. Great guy down to earth and very good at what he does. Great staff and very precise and their job
I didn’t know that there would be multiple choices for cataract lenses when I walked through the door. I didn’t find out until I finally saw the doctor after over 2 hours. I scheduled surgeries and cancelled them a couple days later. Maybe I don’t want trifocals the rest of my life if $6000 can fix them, and I would use reading glasses. The prices are 1)regular lenses: what the insurance doesn’t pay 2)better lenses for $1000 per eye out of pocket 3)even better lenses for $2000 per eye oop 4)the best lenses for $3000.”Now, do you understand?” said the doctor. No. I had no idea! There’s no better explanation that I could possibly understand without way more information beforehand which should be provided by this office. It’s another year before my insurance will cover this pre-surgery again. I will find a doctor who cares a little more about MY TIME if possible. Dr. Klein is a very very very busy man in an eye service factory setting. I was there nearly 3 hours, and I was with him maybe five minutes exhausted and uninformed when I left
Dr Klein is very personable. I received the light adjusting lens and got my first adjustment yesterday. Today I can read my text messages for the first time in years without glasses. So far I am very pleased.
