Rush Eye Associates

Sloan Rush was very kind and helpful- he is the only reason I gave 2 stars. We waited for an hour past our appt time to even be called back into a room then we waited another 25 minutes in the room for the dr to come in for a 5 minute visit. The lady at the check in desk was kind and helpful but the lady at the check out desk was very rude and not helpful at all. When I asked if they could send a prescription for the drops instead of paying $50 at their office she got super rude about it. We live an hour away so I asked if she had any idea how long it would take to get sent over and she said “when they get to it”. I understand some people might not mind paying the $50 for drops but if we can use insurance and pay nothing then that should be a timely option as well.

My experience with Rush Office today was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was sold a product that I ultimately could not use, and when I returned to request a refund, I was met with resistance and vague references to “company policy” that were never clearly explained to me beforehand. At no point during the transaction was I properly informed of any restrictions or limitations that would prevent a refund in this situation. Because of this, I ended up wasting both my time and money, and the lack of transparency and accountability made the situation even worse. A business should stand behind what they sell and ensure customers are fully informed before taking their payment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with Rush Office. I hope they reconsider how they communicate policies and handle customer concerns in the future.

Dr. Lindquist was very friendly, thorough, answered every question, gave complete details for all my options and his personal recommendations. I have every confidence that they will provide the best care possible.

Dr.Gerald is very knowledgeable and explained my issue with clarity. He also provided written instructions which aids in patients knowledge and competency the ability to follow instructions with accurately. He went out of his way to make the visit both pleasant and informative.

Beautiful clinic, love the Christian music. Dr Gladman has helped my eyes tremendously and is an answered prayer. My eyes were in despair when I first saw him. His treatment plan and guidance has helped bring me a long way. His assistant Tren is caring and kind as well. Please do not wait another day, if you suffer from dry eye disease come be treated here. My quality of life has greatly improved. Thanking Jesus today for my great report & healing.
