I went to Kline Vision for the first time and I must say, I was very pleased with my experience. The front desk experience was welcoming and friendly. The girl who sat with me through the frame process was so bubbly, kind and very patient. The doctor was so educational. All the staff that I personally interacted with was more than pleasant. All around positive experience.

Apathetic, unprofessional, egotistical, and demeaning. Staff are unhelpful, uneducated, disorganized, minimize problems, and are emotionally cold. Maybe, if you had competent, working-age physicians and emotionally stable and patient-oriented staff, one wouldn’t need to revisit your office several times for help, then needing referral. Run-of-the-mill big-box quality eye “specialists.” The older lady present front desk (6-29) should work on her attitude and self respect, as it affects her countenance. Stephanie, too. Do better, Kline!

I've been going here for years and now my son is a patient here. Dr. Kline and all the staff are so sweet and amazing. They say it takes about 2wks to get your glasses but every year it's barely a week for me. They do a terrific job with my eyes and eyewear and now my son's! I definitely recommend them!!

We love Dr. Kline. We took our kids there when they were growing up, and now our grandkids see him. He is patient and kind to them, and helps them feel comfortable. The whole staff is amazing. As long as he is practicing, we won’t go anywhere else.

The staff is welcoming and helpful when choosing frames. Dr. Kline is very thorough, and answers all my questions ensuring I’m comfortable with my examination.
