My daughter suffered a cordial scratch and I was referred to this place for a follow up by urgent care. Well I went in and set the appointment for around 5 days later. Which in those days I received 2 calls confirming my appointment date and time. Well today the day of. 10 mins before my appointment I received a call from them telling me that Dr. Jennifer Bowers won't see my daughter. No real reason other then she just "doesn't do that". I said "I had 2 phone calls confirming my appointment, is this your first time working with this woman?" To which I was told "oh no I've worked with her 13 years..this is just the first I've ever heard of her doing that" so now I get to scramble after a week waiting to see if my daughter may have permanent damage because of their incompetence and inability to communicate or do their job. I definitely do not recommend. Find a real eye doctor because they can not be trusted.
