I’ve been going to Dr. Kneisley for years. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I like how she uses a lot of technology to enhance her care. Today I met her optician, Natasha, and was so impressed. She has 26 years of experience! I feel confident that my 3 pairs of glasses are going to be great. Thanks!
I have been using Kneisley Eye Care for a number of years now for basic eye exams and prescriptions and I absolutely love them. Dr. Kneisley is great at explaining things and answering questions, and the entire staff are super nice. The office is very comfortable, the location is great, I love how I can walk here. I've never had trouble making an appointment, they have good availability. Also, once my glasses broke and on short notice, they were able to go through their in-stock frames and find me a replacement frame on the spot that fit my existing lenses, totally saving the day in an emergency. I give many five star reviews but this place is really the best of the best! Definitely my favorite eye doctor I have seen any of the places I've ever lived!
The doctor was nice and I used to go here a lot, however, I stopped because they were supposed to replace my lens in my existing frames but instead they broke my frames. They didn't tell me and ordered me new frames that were completely different and didn't fit.
The office staff is friendly and competent. I have a horrible time deciding on glasses and the staff was willing to help me make decisions – which I requested. I appreciated the amount of time they spent discussing the various looks. The Dr Kneisley answered my questions, put me at ease about my visual health and was warm and friendly in the process. I recommend this office
The Kneisley Eye Care experience is refreshingly pleasant and professional. Doctor Kneisley is great, and her super friendly staff go out of their way to be accommodating. For my first visit, I stopped by on a recommendation from a friend and was lucky enough to receive a walk-in appointment, followed by a thorough exam (which included a high-res 3D scan & subsequent fly-through of my eyes), and walked out wearing a new pair of contacts - all within an hour. (pro-tip: schedule an appointment in advance) Even though I'm no longer local, I'm sure to keep seeing Dr. Kneisley & recommending her practice to all my optically-challenge friends.
