Very pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was caring and helpful. Dr. Ko was great. She has a caring disposition and carefully and patiently answered my questions and concerns. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs quality eye care that is carried out in a very professional way.
Overall, good experience with Dr & staff. Exam was explained & questions answered very professionally & thoroughly. A little frustration with appointment time & office availabilty. Had an appt. at 8am, told to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior & was there at 7:40am, but could not get in the office (stuck outside) doors locked. Tried calling from outside, went to automated system until after 8am, then call after 8am & no body there to answer. Finally, got in office reception area at 8:15a. (An employee, I flagged down was trying to get in front door, she told me she would go in back door, then open front.)
The Centerville Medical facility was excellent. The PA, named Jeremy was very efficient and Dr Kumar did an excellent job with my surgical procedure. All of the explanations regarding the process through the procedure were right on and the directions for post surgical care clear and concise. I have already encouraged a friend to use this Eye Physician Dr Office on Main St in Newark, DE over any other in the area.
Dr. Kumar and all the staff were great. She explained things thoroughly and completely. She answered all my questions completely. I would have rated my experience a 5 except for a half hour wait.
