I had a wonderful experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The facility was spotless and very welcoming. I was impressed by how quickly they brought me in and took care of everything. The Doctor Sara Marie Davis had an amazing bedside manner—so kind, patient, and informative. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, and I truly felt heard and cared for throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Wang is very professional and caring. He is knowledgeable in his field and always takes the time to explain things clearly. I feel comfortable and confident under his care, and I trust him completely with my health concerns. I highly recommends.

Not Happy with my office visit with Dr.Wang I should say just a stop by went in check in with the receptionist toal she needed to put my i for in computer then told me I didnt have a appointment I told her I did she called Dr..Wang nutse She stated I did t have a appointment and confirmed with the Doctor and if I am in pain which I am to schedule one for anther day I got home got my schedule card with todays time and date cause of the receptionist being so nice is why I gave it 3 stars I called them back a few times as asked by there response no one ever picked up

The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were attentive and exhibited great customer service, from check-in to check-out. My total time from beginning to end was less than 30 minutes. My doctor was invested in my overall general health as he inquired on possible symptoms, as well as gave me the opportunity to speak of my concerns with my health. My positive experience is how health care should be everywhere. Thank you!!

My broker recommended Optum Monterey Park to me, Dr. Wu is my PCP. It was my first time be there, all the staffs are really friendly. Dr. Wu listened to my problems patiently and explained to me how to take medications in detail. He also referred me to see a specialist because I have several symptoms which bothered me for a long time. I am happy with my experience with Dr. Wu, he's awesome! I also had couple of x-rays, the technician was so patient and nice. It's really convenient for me to do labs, have x-rays and see PCP all together.
