Dr. Krueger is absolutely phenomenal! I took my 3 year old in because I was concerned about his vision and from the tech to seeing Dr. Krueger I was very pleased with how kind and caring the staff was. They not only listened to my concerns, they explained things well and made me feel comfortable. They didn't shove a prescription at us and send us on our way, they took their time with my kiddo. Sometimes you go to Dr.'s appointments expecting a brief professional experience without any personable staff. Dr. Krueger and his staff were both professional and personable. That is the kind of care I look for, especially for my son. I look forward to future appointments with them.

Scheduled appointment for 11:50 and waited for over an hour to be seen. The doctor was with one patient for a significant amount of time. It becomes an issue of while we understand other patients take time, it’s disrespectful of ours to ask us to wait for over an hour past the scheduled time. All the staff in the main lobby were laughing and making comments about the amount of time it was taking, it’s odd that the only doctor available on staff to check eyes was so tied up and the rest of the staff just sat around? Ridiculous, absolute disappointing service.

Quick appointment available. Doc is a super nice guy. Quick, easy, convenient. Techs are top notch professionals too. Highly recommend.

Great service, the ophthalmologist doctor was so nice and helpful. They answered my questions clearly. Highly recommended to get your eye exam done at Iowa City - Walmart vision center.
