Not happy. Got my appointment set up, that was fine. But when I came in later because the lenses in the glasses I got were obviously not correct, I received a shrug. Even though the doctor admitted the lens wasn't fitted properly, and that I would experience distortion with the lens shape being incorrect but I should be able to "work around it". Was promptly ignored when I demanded glasses that I didn't have to work around. Going to have to wait till next month, and I'm going to a different doctor. Now I have a pair of glasses I can't wear, with an improper fit. Still wearing my old glasses. Never had an issue anywhere else, I'm not a difficult customer. I've never received new glasses in 15yrs with this distortion, ever!

Doctor only works until 4pm and not even every work-week day. Makes it very inconvenient to get services if you have a job. We've also had to go into the store 5 times to complete the process of an eye exam and actually obtaining glasses. 5 visits is ridiculous. Please work on efficiency.
