I went to this doctor because I had an eye infection. During my first visit, she prescribed antibiotic eye drops for three weeks, but they didn’t improve my condition at all. At my follow-up appointment, after I explained that the treatment hadn’t worked, she started mentioning issues like me only partially blinking and that the white part of my eye was more pronounced—things she never brought up during my initial visit. Instead of changing the treatment or investigating further, she simply extended the same antibiotics for another week. My eye is still having the same problem. I also told her that I have not worn contact lenses since the infection started, but she continued to imply that I had been wearing them and even prescribed contact lens eye drops. She scheduled another follow-up three weeks later, but I left feeling like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. Instead of trying to determine the cause of the problem or providing a different treatment plan, it felt like the focus was on scheduling more appointments rather than helping me recover. Edit: After my initial review doctor reached out a recommended somewhere to get look at.
Krystal Eye Vision is an excellent eye care office that truly puts patients first. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the doctors take their time to explain everything clearly, and I never feel rushed or ignored. The office is clean, scheduling is easy, and they have a great selection of stylish frames, with staff who help you find the right fit. I highly recommend them for thorough eye exams, quality glasses, and great customer service all in one place.
