Had to find a new eye doctor since my insurance changed. I was pleasantly surprised to find such ae good practice. I got a thorough exam , friendly staff, knowledgeable about my insurance benefits, and paid less for my contacts and exam! Dr. Quintero was very nice and made me feel very comfortable.
The doctor was good, appointment was short and simple. But I am complaining due to hidden fees. When I called to make the appointment I was told it will be $10 with copay but at my appointment they did an extra imaging and at checkout they told be the payment was $49. Even during the appointment or before doing the imaging they didn't let me know. Had I known, I wouldn't have done it. It was a clever way of getting extra money. The other thing was once I was done and looking at there glasses collection there wasn't a lot and so I asked for my PD ( which made the receptionist upset). And when I said can I come back if my glasses are not working perfectly ( as I have had that before) she replied " this is why people should get glasses from the same place" I thought it was rude. Regardless of where I get my glasses from, you should see me if I am having issues with my prescription. Very disappointed with the front staff. I will look for friendlier people next time.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like my appointment is one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had. I shared family history concerns and they took the time to explain preventative care and answered all of my questions.
My first time here, it was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and the doctor was great! I loved getting to see the picture of the back of my eye. No one had ever taken the time to show me the back of my eye and what my actual problem is before.
I always have a wonderful experience at this office. Dr. Quintero and her entire staff (especially Selena) are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They make my annual visit something I actually look forward to—everything is efficient, thorough, and stress-free. I also love the wide variety of frames available all of which are stylish and on trend. From check-in to check-out, the team does an excellent job making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
