This ophthalmology office is excellent. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The technicians took their time answering all of my questions and were incredibly helpful—they even provided eye drop samples and coupons, which I really appreciated. I actually drive from San Clemente just to come here, and it’s absolutely worth it. I learned so much about my eyes that no other office has ever explained to me before. The level of care and attention really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back every year and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely kind eye care.

My partner and I use this office for all our eye care. The office is always clean and organized. Our eye doctor Mila Kamenov is very proficient, amiable and professional, she even love our service dog that joins us all the time. Also a big shoutout to their optician Teo Munoz who’s always been very accommodating and helpful to make sure all our eye glass lenses are at par, clean and perfectly fits our eyes. We will definitely refer all our friends and relatives to this office for any of their eye care needs.

I've been visiting Dr. Duzman's office at Lakeside Vision for 25 years. I trust him to take care good care of my vision. The surgery I needed several years ago went great and I go there now for eyeglasses and routine check ups. My opinion is that if there's any problem with the eyes a general practitioner is not equipped nor experienced enough to give a thorough examination. Don't take chances with vision, go see someone who knows what they are doing.

We had a poor experience. My brother got referred here by urgent care to further investigate a bilateral mydriasis diagnosis with red eyes + discharge. The doctor refused to see him because he shifted around too much (he’s nonverbal autistic), and refused to talk to us at all about next/alternative steps. I understand that many offices are not equipped to handle patients such as my brother, but the flat out refusal to even look at him was humiliating. I ended up getting an eye doctor on the phone from the clinic next door, free of charge, who was able to give us some ideas on how to proceed.
