I’ve been going to Lakeville Family Eye Care for years, and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Mattson is always thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything during my eye exam. I never feel rushed and truly appreciate the level of care he provides. Cassie and the rest of the staff are equally wonderful. They are friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful when it comes to choosing new frames. Their recommendations are always honest and thoughtful, making what can be an overwhelming decision so much easier. If you’re looking for an eye care office with exceptional doctors, outstanding customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Lakeville Family Eye Care!

The facility was great and cleanly. Dr. Koupal was wonderful and took the time to clearly explain each step in the process to ensure I was well informed. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely be coming back for all of my eye/glasses needs.

I’ve with him for several years now. Their staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from. My daughter loves her glasses every time.

Dr Mattson is wonderful! He spent quite a bit of time with me as I was experiencing several different issues. I was anxious about what I was going through, but felt reassured that I was in good care. I talked with Lisa the most, but all the front staff are very friendly.

Dr. Cassin was very thorough and answered all of my questions with great information, and was very helpful and knowledgeable!! Cassandra was my eyewear technician. She deserves a five-star category all on her own. Absolutely the most patient, kind, and welcoming person! And as customer care and product knowledge goes, she hit it WAY out of the park. She was just phenomenal!! Huge kudos to her. You absolutely don’t find people like that these days. What a star!!!
