First time customer and the whole staff made me feel like family from first introduction to final goodbye! They did a great job with my granddaughter and she loved her treat. Very thorough and explained everything in detail, even taking the time to walk me through the pictures that were taken. I would highly recommend them and know that this will continue to be our family’s eye doctor.
The entire staff are always friendly and answers questions without an attitude. No question is bothersome. It seems as if they have your best interest at heart. I have not experienced any problems with attitudes or situations since I been using their care.They seem to be knowledgeable about the eye care factors and I am very comfortable going there.I have never waited long periods of time in order to visit with the doctor or to get my appointment needs met. I appreciate the care and how I have been treated for over 5 years. I thank the doctor Kouple and the staff for doing what I consider a fine job.
I decided to come here based off of glowing reviews. Those reviews are very accurate! Besides clearly being very well-educated on the eye, dr. Koupal is friendly, helpful, and cares about his patients. Here, you will receive top care. The front desk staff is also very friendly, and the billing lady is friendly, as well. I feel very confident knowing my eye health is in great hands! If you are able to schedule an appointment here, then I highly recommend it. Most major insurances are accepted. Finally, Burnsville Family Eye Care isn't a giant.. Nothing against any of the area giants, as they're great, as well, but Burnsville Family Eye Care, a "small guy," provides the same top-quality care at a competitive cost.
Really smart and detailed optician taking the time needed to get my prescription right, . Very friendly and helpful eyeglass specialist finding the perfect frames to fit my face and eyes. I couldn't be happier. It's why I drive way out of my way to find my glasses here.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Eye exam was very thorough. Answered any questions I had and provided next steps to ensure the prescription is working before ordering.
