I had an er situation. I was able to get in quickly. Staff was wonderful and Dr Jund was quick, matter of fact and not pushy about coming back for a comprehensive eye exam. I could go anywhere for that, but felt this was a very professional atmosphere and definitely a place I would like to continue eye care with.

I've always had great treatment with Dr. Stevens and Dr. Kuzas! Most recently, Dr. Kuzas worked diligently to help relieve my dry eye condition. The Lipo Flow procedure turned out to be the solution! Hoping it continues to work for several years, but regardless, I'm relieved! Kudos to Kudas and thank you!

My check-in at the front desk was smooth, and even though I had arrived early, I was quickly led to an exam room where a very personable and proficient assistant conducted an eye exam. Within minutes Dr Schaefer shared results, conducting his own in depth examination, and shared the results and next steps in a reassuring manner, outlining his recommendations for further treatment. A follow-up was scheduled and I left feeling my situation was well in hand.

I saw Kevin Jund yesterday for a last minute appointment because of blurry vision. He was great, efficient and friendly. Thank you Jund for the great care! Highly recommend!

Honestly wouldn’t recommend at all. I called twin cities eye consultants. The woman on the phone was great that’s the only reason they got more than one star. When you get to the building they have the place labeled as Edina eye specialists or something along those lines. I was walking by trying to figure out where twin cities eye consultants was. The ladies behind the desk never asked me anything and I should have just asked too so that’s on me. I ended up calling to make sure and the person I spoke with was nice but the desk ladies overheard and one lady just snaps that yeah we just changed our name while rolling her eyes. I luckily got to check in with a younger girl who still looked annoyed but minded her customer service. When I got brought back I was “greeted” by a girl who had been super monotone and just seemed like she couldn’t honestly care. To be fair she was like that with everyone and she did the job professionally. The doctor was fine but had no idea why I was there I felt kind of shoved off and he kept saying my vision was 2020 even though I wear glasses. Okay so on top of this I had a referral from my doctor to be seen. It was sent over. I don’t know what it said and I was just told to be seen for xyz. The entire process I had been asked why I was there 6 times. I said for xyz but I didn’t truly know and they kind of talked poorly about my doctor and the referral that she wrote. So overall I wouldn’t recommend this place. It felt extremely unwelcoming and I felt like I was a burden to them the entire time.
