Denise was great! I went in with my updated prescription and she went the extra mile to make sure I got the size and color I wanted! They fit wonderfully and I’d absolutely go back next time I need some new glasses!

Jenny and Denise have an excellent customer service. Very friendly, always smiling and has a strong rapport with customer making us feel welcome, valued and appreciated during our visits. They effectively communicated information in a clear and understandable manner. They show knowledgeable understanding of their products. Good job.

I went to target optical in Burnsville yesterday with my bf as he was looking for new glasses. Denise was our helper and she was amazing ! He had heard from his eye dr that the lenses he needed were only at their office. Knowledgeable Denise called the clinic, got his px, and brought the whole thing in for a good price. She was able to answer every question and she was so nice. I would travel to her if I was needing glasses.

My experience at Burnsville Target optical was great. I worked with Denise. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped me select a good frame for me. She helped with small adjustments. I’d definitely recommend the optical store. Lots of cute frames and reasonably priced.

Denise did a great job from start to finish. She spent a lot of time with my husband and I helping us choose the right frames - then measured us for our lenses and said she'd call us when they were ready for pick up.
