Everyone at this location was top-notch all the way! Special commendation goes out to Ava, Erica, Brittany, and Dr. Seth - but everyone who took care of me was fantastic. They knew the business, treated everyone there with respect and care, and have wonderful attitudes. Professionalism AND personability. The only problem was that I did not get all their names, so I could recognize them as they deserve (sorry, ladies). At Laster Eye Care, you are not just "seen to"... you are CARED FOR. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been seeing Dr Laster for years. He’s great and so is the rest of the staff. Everyone there makes you feel like you are being taken care of and that you have a good experience. They explain what they are doing and answer all of your questions. I definitely recommend Laster Eye Center to anyone who needs eye care.

Staff were efficient and very professional. Dr. Libby Williams was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding contact lenses, and helped me decide which ones would be best for me. I appreciated the clean and welcoming environment. Very pleased with my visit. Definitely glad I made the change to Dr. Libby Williams.

(MUST READ) - Absolutely HANDS DOWN the best eyeglass frame specialists I've encountered (been to 3-4 different doctors offices). I've had a terrible experience with frames since I started wearing glasses a few years ago. I first went to Ennen Eye Center (doctors and staff were friendly, but front desk and eye center where they help with frames is some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had frames that were squeezing my head and causing pain throughout the day, and they gaslit me into thinking I was crazy and I went (no joke) 10+ times and even had to warranty my frames because they messed them up so bad. Ultimately I went to Laster and they were able to fix the issue and get me through another couple months until my insurance was able to process new frames. Then I chose a pair of rayban sunglasses, and they didn't have a huge markup on them (I went to Stiles Eye Center and they tried upcharging me $150 for the same pair I bought at Laster)..Stiles was very nice, but the markup on frames was unnecessary and ridiculous. Needless to say PLEASE give Laster a shot. You will not be disappointed. And the ladies will actually sit with you, give their advice on what frames suit your face shape and will take the time to make sure you're happy. Also adjustments are superb, and the staff educate the younger staff with tips/tricks to solve issues with adjustments (Something Ennen Eye Center desperately needs). I could go on for another 10+ minutes about how exceptional they are. Please spread the word!

This was my first visit to Laster eye care. The staff were wonderful and the doctor very knowledgeable. I needed new glasses and that process was straightforward. I knew how much my glasses would cost before I ordered them. The frame selection was great. Everyone was positive and upbeat.
