Renner Eye Care

Dr Renner is and has been my eye doctor for many years. I have always appreciated his good care and concern about my eye problems. I am glad he has taken the big step to go out on his own. He seems to be excited about it. Everyone is polite and helpful. He will do well.

Dr. Hauser was great! She was very attentive and helped get me in and helped resolve my concerns and even followed up with me to check how I was doing. I was going to California to visit my son and daughter in law and woke up with inflammation in my eye, scared I was going to have to cancel my trip Dr. Hauser ensured that I would be able to still go and checked my eye, prescribed me medicine that helped the issue immediately-while telling me I can go enjoy my trip. I am Very thankful for her!

My doctor is Dr. Houser. Dr. Houser has always been thorough when noting my symptoms, suggesting treatments, providing diagnoses, and providing prescriptions/treatments. Dr. Houser ensures that each condition is explained, that she address the prognosis, and that the treatment plan is understood. I appreciate all that Dr. Houser has helped me do so that I may feel better. My eyesight is very special to me so that I may see my incredible family and others who make my life so full of joy!!

From my arrival until my departure, everyone at Renner Eye Care was friendly, efficient and professional. Alana, at the front desk greeted me and verified my insurance information. Austin, the optical technician, performed the initial eye tests, then assisted me with the glasses frame and lens selection. Dr Houser, who I previously saw for several years at the Mercy Eye Clinic (before it was closed by the hospital), was kind and gave me a thorough eye examination. I highly recommend Renner Eye Care and in fact have convinced several of our relatives to see Dr Houser as well.

Ive been seeing Dr Renner for a few years now. Never had a bad experience. Front desk and all employees are very kind and helpful. I got there early and was seen early with little wait time. Hes always taken time to listen and explain everything completely or if I had questions...they are answered straight away concerning diabetes or migraine complications. Will always go to see Dr Renner as I trust him completely with my eye care.
