I have had my new glasses about six weeks now, and couldn’t be happier. The staff is very friendly and the exam was thorough. A week after I received them, I went back to get them precision fitted. They spent a lot of time making them perfect, and it’s the best any of my glasses have ever fit in around 46 years. I will recommend them anytime.
I highly recommend Taylor family vision in Greenwood. They were very warm and caring and Had made me feel very important. Doctor Taylor Quickly and professionally Set me up with a new prescription That will help me see much better very soon. I like that you can pop in with a question and you are handled very quickly even if you didn't have an appointment.
She is amazing. Dr. Taylor takes the time to examine the patient and answer any questions. She is lovely.
Wouldn’t call my insurance to verify benefits. Just kept stating that she “knew” they weren’t going to cover it. I called the number on the back of my card and they were able to verify that it was covered. I asked her to call to make sure and she insisted she knew they weren’t going to cover it. I even called back to let her know I called my insurance and said okay and still adamant about what she knew. She didn’t offer to get my scheduled appointments back. Felt kind of discriminatory. I’ll call my insurance to let them know about this so they know.
I have very poor vision and had struggled for years to find an affordable place that could really help me see well, until I heard about Dr. Taylor. Now I've been going to her for years and travel to see her even after moving towns away. I can see the best I have in a long time, and Tiffany and Dr. Taylor are always good for a laugh. I can't recommend Taylor Family Vision enough!
