This office has a friendly and professional staff. Dr Carrarini is knowledgeable and explains every aspect of the exam. You are made to feel at ease and they will accommodate you when having an emergency. I would highly recommend this office.
Great experience! I have been coming here for a few years now and it has always been the same. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Miller is thorough, always takes the time to answer my questions, and makes me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She is very personable and caring as well. The office was clean and efficient. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for excellent eye care!
Ive been going here for years. I stopped in to get my lenses made for my new glasses....they told me it would be 509 dollars?! Thats insane! So I went and got a second option. Everything i was going to get there I can get from the eye center for 275 dollars?! I understand making profit but 509 dollars just for lenses?! Thats more than the meta glasses I bought off ray ban. I think its time to call it quits going here. I hate to leave this review but really! Ive spent so much money here thinking back maybe I shouldn't of bought my glasses from here to begin with. Just want to give fair warning to other customers. We already pay inflation prices on everything else atleast help out a customer thats been going there for years!
I have been seeing Dr Jan Miller for three years and she is extremely thorough and explains things in detail in an understandable way. She is the best optometrist I've ever seen and would highly recommend her.
My young son and I both had excellent experiences here. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. All our questions were answered and our preferences and sensitivities were respected. I'd definitely recommend this practice, 100%. ❤️
