My protective coating on my glasses started peeling off and they said they gave me the most expensive and best one they had and they gave me a prescription higher than what I was supposed to have and I couldn’t adjust them and they said it was a new prescription I just had to get used to them, which was very wrong. I’ll never go back there again

I had an eye examine and ordered a pair of glasses at the end of February. When they came in, I asked someone to adjust the glasses for my face, and they scratched the lens. Wal Mart then ordered another lens. After waiting, when I went to pick up the new lens, it caused a distortion in my vision that they couldn't help me with that night. They made me come back several days later for what they said would be a 15 minute appointment to have it looked it. I ended up being there over 45 minutes, and all they could come up with was that it must be a defective lens. They ordered another lens. I waited again and went to pick up the new lens. When I got the glasses home, I noticed there was another scratch on them. They ordered yet another lens, and I waited again. When I finally went to pick up this lens, I asked them to adjust my glasses again because the frames were still sitting horribly crooked on my face. The best they could do still leaves my glasses crooked, so much so that they don't even sit flat when I set them down on table. They told me there's nothing else they can do, and refunded my money. It's the end of April, and I still don't have a pair of glasses I'm happy with, and I don't have the ability to go anywhere else because Wal Mart already charged my insurance.

Great optometrist! Techs were all helpful and up front about pricing and time frame for delivery. Upon request, I was provided with an eye exam prescription that included the pupillary distance for my progressive lenses. Now I can look online for additional eyeglasses if I wish. For no reason, I previously associated Walmart Vision with poor quality and service. But after my recent experience I would recommend them for quality, service and convenience.

Horrible customer service. Paid for my contacts eye exam and can't even get the prescription. Was never told that I HAD to go back for a follow-up or I wouldn't be handed my prescription, which I paid for. I did ask for my prescription as I was leaving was handed an eyeglass prescription. I didn't realize that till I tried to order contacts. Have been wearing contacts for over 15 years and never had to go back for a follow-up. So basically, I paid for a service that I can't even use. When I told the office manager what I was told she basically called me a liar because she said her office staff would never say that. I could go on but I won't. Rethink visiting this location.
