Well Ms Terri or Terry at the front desk representing this business is the poster girl for Miss Pissy I don't want to be here I don't want to see your face in here personality disorder. With her ghetto tacky tattoo's on her wrist and forearms. I walked in and she says "what you need?" I need to see someone about my leg. "For what?"she says with a smirk. I got in a wreck on a 4 wheeler. "I need you ID and insurance card" I hand it to her and instant response was " we don't take that insurance " Bottom line, this woman had the rudest, discourteous, impolite and ill-mannered character that I have encountered at a Healthcare provider. UPDATE: The owner did reach out to me on this experience and I greatly appreciate that and when I speak with them I will gladly adjust my rating but for their concern I will change from 1 to 2 stars at this very moment and until the owner speaks with me.
