I had my first eye appointment with Doctor Felipe. She is so kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and was so thorough with her examination of my eyes. The two ladies working at the front desk were so helpful and friendly as well! I’m so glad I found this optometry clinic!
I was very pleased with my visit. The receptionist was very friendly. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Every process was thoroughly explained. The doctor was was professional and easy to talk too. Both technician and doctor were very happy to help me find the right glasses for my face. I highly recommend.
WOW!!!! when i tell you i hated every optometrist visit ive been to my entire life, i really mean it, BUT it ended here! Lauren & her team were amazing! I needed a pair of new glasses because i had broken my previous pair. Ive been holding it off for years, because i seriously dreaded the idea of going in, getting ripped off, and hating the new glasses, BUT that wasn't the case here. They were beyond accommodating, beyond patient, beyond kind, and provided superb customer service!!! I was so indecisive with the glasses I wanted, and with the add-ons, but they were sooooo calm & forbearing with me. They're so down to earth, and provided me with honest feedback, and helpful tips - I'm so glad I didn't go with the initial pair I chose, instead they took their time and helped me try on like 30 different pairs until we could find one that was suitable for me. AND let me tell you! I am the type of guy that never ever in my entire life will ever wear glasses out in public - only contacts! Id rather be blind than wear glasses outside!! BUT that has changed with my new pair of glasses!!!! I'm not even exaggerating when i tell you they helped me find my perfect pair of glasses, and the exact add-ons I needed!!! I can't believe i am wearing glasses out in public!!!!!!!!! this is life changing!! THANK YOU LAUREN & TEAM!!!
Dr. Felipe was very knowledgeable. She explained and showed me the x-rays of my eyes. She told me what she looks for if my eyes aren't healthy. And she did not rush my exam. I already told my husband to make his appointment. Also the front staff was very nice and professional.
Everyone on the staff is so helpful & friendly & Dr. Felipe is awesome! She took the time to explain any results to us & answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!
