(Utica location) (VISION) The worse service I have EVER had . I got there 13 minutes late from leaving work and having to pickup 6 kids from school. Madison at the front desk informed me that the systems were down and they were short staffed. Then she said they would only be able to see 4 of my kids also that I was late I asked what the grace period was she told me 10 min. I thought it was 15 &even heard the lady right next to her tell another parent over the phone there was a 15 min grace period. So Madison asked which 4 I wanted to be seen. I told her. She asked me this MULTIPLE times. I told her multiple times. When the assistant came out she only called 2 of my kids names. We all went back and 2 kids got seen. Those 2 got to pick out glasses and I overheard MADISON ask the lady who took us back if she only took 2 kids back she replied YES. Nothing else was said. I then waited in the lobby for the next kids to be called . They never were. I waited here for 2 HOURS. Finally I went up to the desk asked MADISON when would my other children be seen and what were their appointment times seeing as though I had 3-4 times for all 6. She never told me but I knew it was in between 2-3 pm. She just said she will look for the Dr. this man STEPHEN came out and treated me as if I was the issue saying they always see families together as IF I KNEW THIS?! My kids were scheduled at 3 or 4 different times. As if it were MY fault the girl ddnt call on all of my kids?! I asked where was the misunderstanding when MADISON asked me atleast 4 different times who I wanted to still be seen? As if they don't have them on the schedule. I took fault in 2 of my kids not being seen which I still think was bogus. So instead of just seeing my kids they told me sorry there was nothing they could do as they continued to call back other children one family had 3 kids which was more than the 2 out of 6 kids I had scheduled to be seen. Why would I have ever got out of work and got 6 kids out of school only for 2 to be seen? They just looked at me like oh well try again next time. No one helped me in this issue. No one was going to help Madison saw us waiting for 2 whole hours in that waiting room never ONCE checked on us to see why we were still there at the very least KNOWING very well she messed up and told them only 2 kids would be seen. Which the manager Stephen said Madison heard me say two kids which was a flat out lie. My children said they heard her ask and me tell her multiple times. The misunderstanding was MADISON. & truth is they were short staffed and didn't want to see my children in the first place. They never called to give me warning before I showed up to say hey we are short staffed. They never checked on me to see where they messed up and never admitted fault but instead tried blaming me for my children not being seen. As far as I am concerned they don't care about their patients and I will NEVER return.

There was a small scheduling issue when one of my appointments needed to be moved, but the office contacted me right away and offered several alternatives. The way they handled it was professional and considerate. Since then, every visit has gone smoothly and the treatment has stayed on track.

Ellie at Adventure Vision was great with my kids! Kept them engaged and didn’t feel like a Dr appointment while they were getting their eyes checked. Thanks for making it an easy process!

I took my 3-year-old daughter to Pediatric Dental Group for a routine checkup. We as family try to limit sugar intakes and make sure to brush her teeth every night. During a previous visit, the dentist mentioned she had a small cavity in one of her molars but reassured me that it didn’t require treatment—just careful brushing and monitoring. Six months later, at our follow-up visit, the same dentist suddenly recommended a crown for that same molar and claimed my daughter needed seven resin composite fillings—without even taking an X-ray. I was told that X-rays couldn’t be done at her age unless she was put under anesthesia, and that treatment needed to be done “as soon as possible.” That didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. At the second office, they were able to take X-rays without putting her to sleep, and the results were very different. It turned out she didn’t have any cavities that needed filling—what was mistaken for decay were actually stains. The molar in question only had a small exterior cavity that simply requires close monitoring and improved flossing. I’m incredibly thankful I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion. I’m sharing this to encourage other parents to do the same if something doesn’t feel right. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to the first dental office again.

I was nervous because it was first time for my grandson to see another dentist. He had seen the same pediatric dentist since he was 2 but she said we needed to find another dentist because all his permanent teeth were in. I felt like dentist listened to me and I was thankful that we found them.
