Dr. Chan was great. Easy in and out eye exam. Had a great selection on glasses. The staff is very helpful and nice. Took me over an hour just to pick out a pair of glasses and I didn't feel like I was being rushed by anyone. Staff was helpful on helping me find a pair since I was so indisicive. Very clean and organized. Definitely recommend if you need a quick eye exam and a nice pair of glasses.
The ladies at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The technician who took the pictures of my eyes was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and explained each step of the process so I knew exactly what was happening. Doctor Chan is wonderful. She explains everything in terms that patients can easily understand, is extremely knowledgeable, and has a great personality. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. The lady who helped fit me for my glasses was also very friendly and caring. She made me feel confident that she truly wanted to help me find the best fit. Overall, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.
Dr. Chan is incredible. She always pays attention to detail. She's very attentive and always listens to my concerns. She's always very sweet and caring. The young woman at the front desk is always very helpful and attentive. I live in Fort Myers and I always go to Port Charlotte because it's truly worth receiving such high-quality care.
