Went into get a new pair of glasses using my VSP insurance. Was waited on in less than a minute. Took about 10 minutes to pick out the frames that I liked. Finished up with all the details with Jennifer. I was out the door in about 25 minutes. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. Was my first time there but it won't be my last time using their services. Great Job Visionworks.

I bought Buy one get 2nd 1/2 off. I received one completed E-mail one was done. 2 days LTR I received second e-mail the other pair was ready. Not true I canceled the order , then Byan told me my cash would take time to get it returned and the credit card refund 2weeks , my insurance would take up to a month to be refunded to my insurance so I can get glasses. Corporate was NO help either!!!!!!!!! Be careful!!

Was going out of town and needed a last minute eye exam and to order glasses. Walked in and greeted immediately and the wonderful lady at the desk ( can't remember her name) but she was an absolute gem and got me an appointment. Dr Chan was wonderful and very informative. Brian helped in my eyeglasse selection. The whole experience was a 10 from start to finish so refreshing to see there are still businesses that puts customer satisfaction a priority. Dave Momper

They make you feel welcome right away and take the time to thoroughly explain your insurance coverage, which was incredibly helpful. Dr. Chan is fantastic! She is very easy to talk to, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout your appointment. Her knowledge, professionalism, and caring personality make the entire experience enjoyable. Jennifer, who assists with prescriptions and selecting glasses, is equally wonderful. She takes her time to go over all your options, helps you find the perfect pair of glasses, and makes the process easy and stress-free. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. The entire team provides outstanding customer service, and it's clear they genuinely care about their patients. This is by far one of the best places to go for eye care. I would recommend Visionworks Eye Care in Port Charlotte 1000% to anyone I know!

Steve was very helpful in finding the right frames for me. I have a very strong prescription and he offered some suggestions regarding which frames would work best with my thick lenses. He carefully worked through my insurance to make sure I was getting all of my vision benefits. Although I didn’t get my eye exam there, I certainly will the next time.
