Leavenworth Vision Source

I've been to both vision source locations and both are good but, I really enjoyed the ladies at the Leavenworth location. They were knowledgeable about everything and did not hesitate to work out appointments for both locations for me. I was not rushed to pick out frames and was able to take some with me and leave them at the second location. From the start of my appt to the time I walked out the door was very pleasant. Many thanks to all of the staff.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Krauss and her office staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns. Whether it was adjusting my prescription or helping me understand the best options for long-term eye health or picking out the best frame for my glasses, I felt supported. If you are looking for an eye doctor who blends expertise with empathy, look no further.

My glasses broke (the frame) while I was on vacation and was sure I'd have to go blind until we got back to Seattle but Tammy came to the rescue and was able to put my lenses into a different frame. Now I can see and the vacation isn't ruined. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!

Within this week, I’ve been to both the Leavenworth and the Wenatchee offices. The people are all professional nd the products are great. I think I’ll love my new glasses. Plus the Leavenworth office took me in (a very long time patient) right away for a small emergency. And after a couple of looks to see if it was an easy fix, they got me an opening in an hour, so I could actually have a full series of tests. They do a great job.

They have been extremely easy to work with and very friendly. I have used this office for 10+ years off and on. Whenever I'm back in the valley and have a choice they are the go to. Very accommodating and knowledgeable.
