From when I walked in until my appointment was complete everyone was very welcoming, helpful and kind. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Amber and Diana they all were just super amazing, caring and personable. They answered all my questions and me feel super comfortable. I would 100% definitely recommend them.
Fantastic service all around. Having never had my eyes checked by an eye doctor in 65 years, the staff was very helpful and understanding. Amber was very helpful explaining all fees and billing as well as explaining eye glass options was very helpful and she has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend this Shopko and I will return for future exams.
Overall fantastic experience, Amber was welcoming, fun and informational. Dr. Rudman was friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed visiting with him during my exam, since my anxiety was thru the roof not having had an exam in too many years! Thank you!
I worked with Amber to get a new pair of glasses. From the beginning of my appointment - until the end - she was helpful and very nice to work with. When she was alerted from their lab that a change needed to be made on my glasses - she contacted me immediately and walked me through my options. Amber was great from the day of my first appointment - until the day I picked up my new glasses.
Staff were helpful and kind. Amber, Becka and Diana provided superb customer service and made me feel at ease. Doctor was friendly and took his time to explain what he was doing which I really appreciated.
